Autumn grew up in North Texas and earned her undergraduate and master’s degrees from Texas State University. She returned to Dallas to attend law school at Southern Methodist University. While in law school, Autumn served for two years on the Executive Board of the Board of Advocates, was inducted into the SMU Chapter of the National Order of Barristers, and competed on various mock trial and moot court teams. She also worked for the Deason Criminal Justice Reform Center and was a student attorney in two legal clinics, the SMU COVID-19 Legal Helpline clinic and the First Amendment clinic.
Since graduating, she has returned to her alma mater to volunteer as a mock trial coach. She is also a member of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and the Dallas LGBT Bar Association. Autumn joined Ellwanger Law to continue the fight for equal rights under our country’s laws.
When she is not advocating for equal rights, Autumn loves spending time with her gorgeous fiancé Kristen and playing with her two dogs, Koda and Fitz.
